The documentary Porndemic tells the inside story of the 1998 HIV outbreak that tore through the Hollywood adult film industry and is told by the people who experienced it. Using archival footage and exclusive, original interviews with many recognizable adult performers, Porndemic is a gritty, yet intimate documentary that goes behind the scenes of the porn industry as it confronted a deadly disease which was a threat to its very existence.
Directed by Brendan ‘Spookie’ Daly, Porndemic features interviews and insights from a host of adult industry veteran performers and insiders, including Ron Jeremy, Ginger Lynn, Tricia Devereaux, Marc Wallice, Bill Margold, Sharon Mitchell, Mr. Marcus, Jim South, Luke Ford, Mark Cromer, Mark Kernes, Michael Louis Albo, Tim Tritch, Dr. Thomas L. Horowitz, Herschel Savage, and Tom Byron. Porndemic was produced by Brendan ‘Spookie’ Daly and Evan Krauss.
