There are talks about a third Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants movie coming to theaters near you! Here’s everything there is to know about The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 3.
According to Amber Tamblyn, there is a great script for the movie. After Alexis Bledel’s appearance with Jimmy Fallon, Tamblyn took to Twitter to say that “Alexis is right” and there’s a “good” script going around Hollywood as we speak.
And Tibby (Tamblyn) dropped a similar hint to E! News a few weeks ago: “I can obviously tell you that something is definitely in the works.”
The movies — based on the novel series of the same name — follow the adventures of four best friends who share a pair of magical jeans that fits each of them.
The first film was released in 2005 and was based on the first book in the series of five books. Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2 was based on The Second Summer of the Sisterhood, Girls in Pants. The second film was released in theaters in 2008.
The Third Summer of the Sisterhood, Forever In Blue; The Fourth Summer of the Sisterhood and Sisterhood Everlasting, round out the five books.
