The movie Fatherhood, based on the memoir Two Kisses for Maddy by Matt Logelin, tells the story of a father (Kevin Hart) who brings up his baby girl as a single dad after the unexpected death of his wife who died a day after their daughter’s birth.
Paul Weitz (American Pie and About A Boy) directed the film. Originally scheduled for release on April 3, 2020, the film was pushed back to January 2021. That date was put on ice and the film was put on the shelf due to Wuhan coronavirus and all movie theaters in the world being closed. Its new, tentative, release date is April 2, 2021.
