Oscar nominated director Christopher Nolan’s film Tenet is his follow up to Dunkirk and is an action epic revolving around the world of international espionage.
Armed with only one word — Tenet — and fighting for the survival of the entire world, the Protagonist journeys through a twilight world of international espionage on a mission that will unfold in something beyond real time.
The cast includes Michael Caine, Kenneth Branagh, Robert Pattinson, Elizabeth Debicki, Aaron Taylor-Johnson and John David Washington.
Originally scheduled for release on July 17, 2020, the film was put on the shelf due to Wuhan coronavirus and all movie theaters in the world being closed.
Tenet is the second major studio film to test the waters of a platform theatrical release since the Wuhan virus rendered all theaters closed. All movie theaters in California, Arizona, New York and many other states are still ordered closed by their governors. Tenet will be only be playing in a handful of theaters in a few states, at limited capacity. Each theater showing the film are required to have no more than 30% occupancy.
