In the “Kidding Season 1” DVD, Jeff is an actor who plays a character known as Mr. Pickles in a popular children’s TV show where he teaches kids around the world to be their best, kindest selves and try to make the world a better place. When personal and professional events show this father and husband that the world is often a harsh reality filled with unkind people who are rarely their best selves, Jeff’s own imperfections begin to show in his daily life. Long-buried anger pent up inside of him results in Jeff acting out in ways that few expect. His mind then starts to unravel. The result is a journey filled with humor and heartbreak.
