Academy Award nominee Felicity Jones stars in On the Basis of Sex, the inspiring and spirited true story that follows young lawyer Ruth Bader Ginsburg as she teams with her husband Marty (Armie Hammer) to bring a groundbreaking case before the U.S. Court of Appeals and overturn a century of gender discrimination.
Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s nephew, Daniel Stiepleman, wrote the On The Basis of Sex screenplay.
The film is the second of 2018 to explore the life of the esteemed Supreme Court Justice. The big screen documentary RBG was released in May 2018.
