The movie Half Magic, written and directed by and starring Heather Graham (Boogie Nights), explores themes of female empowerment through sex, work, and friendship.
These women are able to come together through their frustration over male dominance and in fact use their newly formed sisterhood to lean on each other and understand that they must first learn to love themselves before doing anything else.
Heather Graham made her acting debut on TV’s “Growing Pains” in 1987. The following year she appeared in her first film in a credited role, License To Drive, opposite Corey Feldman and Corey Haim.
The film gets a limited theatrical release the same day it arrives on Video on Demand.
