In the Disney film Christopher Robin, an adult Christopher Robin (Ewan McGregor), who is now focused on his new life, work, and family, suddenly meets his old friend Winnie the Pooh (voiced by Jim Cummings), who returns to his unforgotten childhood past to help him return to the Hundred Acre Wood and help find Pooh’s lost friends.
Not to confused with Goodbye Christopher Robin (2017) that recounts the inception of Winnie the Pooh and the Hundred Acre Wood. Christopher Robin is an entirely fictional story.
Newcomer Orton O’Brien plays Christopher as a youngster before the opening credits. And another new face, Bronte Carmichael plays Robin’s daughter, Madeline.
Hayley Atwell, perhaps best known for her role as Peggy Carter in the movies Avengers: Age of Ultron and Ant Man and on the TV series Agent Carter, plays Robin’s wife, Evelyn in the this film.
