In the movie Avengers Infinity War, as the Avengers and their allies have continued to protect the world from threats too large for any one hero to handle, a new danger has emerged from the cosmic shadows: Thanos. A despot of intergalactic infamy, his goal is to collect all six Infinity Stones, artifacts of unimaginable power, and use them to inflict his twisted will on all of reality. Everything the Avengers have fought for has led up to this moment – the fate of Earth and existence itself has never been more uncertain.
Avengers Infinity War also features Spiderman (Tom Holland), Natasha Romanoff / Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson), Peter Quill / Star-Lord (Chris Pratt), Steve Rogers / Captain America (Chris Evans), Tony Stark / Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr.), Thor (Chris Hemsworth), Carol Danvers / Captain Marvel (Brie Larson) and Groot (Vin Diesel).
The film also features supporting Marvel characters Drax (Dave Bautista), Nebula (Karen Gillan), Mantis (Pom Klementieff), Yondu (Michael Rooker), Rocket Raccoon (Sean Gunn and Bradley Cooper) and Gamora (Zoe Saldana).
Avengers Infinity War is the third movie in the Avengers big screen franchise. A fourth Avengers movie arrives in theaters in 2019.
