The Iron Brothers DVD is the story of brothers, Abel and Henry Iron, who, following in their late father’s footsteps, struggle to carve out a meager existence in the western wilderness, only to encounter a band of Shoshone Indians. When a misunderstanding leaves one Indian dead, the siblings go on the run, fleeing into the mountains to escape the warriors that are pursuing them – only to ultimately find that the true test lies in discovering whether the bonds of brotherhood are enough to save them.
Iron Brothers is directed by real brothers Josh and Tate Smith, and stars brothers Tate Smith and Porter Smith as Abel and Henry Iron. Shot on location throughout the picturesque Western wilds of Idaho and Wyoming, the film is a spectacular example of true independent filmmaking. Collaborating with the trio of brothers (Josh, Tate and Porter), their father David Smith serves as Executive Producer and mother Jenelle Smith created the wardrobe for the film.
In Iron Brothers, fur trappers Abel and Henry Iron struggle to make a living in a dying industry in the Rocky Mountains.
