A new murder is taking place every single night at 11 p.m. The murders are inspired by the paper and pencil game that kids often play called Hangman, and this killer takes the term Hangman literally. It is up to a homicide detective and a criminal profiler to put together the clues so that they can stop the killings and capture the serial killer. A crime journalist is also learning a lot about the horrific serial killer as she is continuously reporting every detail of the murders.
