Renée Zellweger’s famous new face is obscured in the poster, because she is unrecognizable – from the botched plastic surgery she underwent in 2013.
The first Bridget Jones movie, Bridget Jones Diary was a sleeper. It was released in 2001 and took in just over $71 million at the U.S. movie box office.
The second in the series, Bridget Jones 2: The Edge Of Reason, made about half of what the original did, $40 million.
It is expected that this, the third in the series, will be a box office bomb.
