Ted 2 review
By Audrey Shine (Wild About Movies resident critic)
“Ted 2” is a rare occurrence -a sequel that rivals the original. “Ted 2” picks up where we left him – marrying Tami-Lynn (Jessica Barth) and settling into all the trials and tribulations of modern life. But when Ted and Tami- Lynn decide to have a family, the story really takes off into crazy, often hysterical situations. The journey takes us through an encounter with Tom Brady; a budding romance with a pro-bono attorney (Amanda Seyfried); and the resurgence of the pursuit to own Ted by nutty Donny (Giovanni Ribisi.) Accompanied by his best friend John (Mark Walbergh) through all of these twists and turns, the two buddies manage to get through it all with foul language, witty remarks, and in-your- face attitude – all with that Southie Boston accent. Brilliant.
Where does Seth MacFarlane get these ideas? He seems like such a nice, normal guy.
Keep ’em coming, Seth.
