In the movie Crimson Peak, starring Charlie Hunnam and directed by Guillermo del Toro, in the aftermath of a family tragedy, an aspiring author is torn between love for her childhood friend and the temptation of a mysterious outsider.
Trying to escape the ghosts of her past, she is swept away to a house that breathes, bleeds… and remembers.
Wild About Movies predicts that Crimson Peak will be as big of a bomb at the box office, if not bigger, than Guillermo del Toro’s last movie, Pacific Rim.
We’re not sure how Guillermo del Toro still gets movies secured since he has never really – ever – made a movie that was a box office success.
