In the movie My Old Lady, reminiscent of the Oscar nominated movie The Visitor (from 2007), a down-and-out New Yorker (Oscar winner Kevin Kline, A Fish Called Wanda) inherits an apartment in Paris from his estranged father and is stunned to find a refined old lady (two-time Oscar winner Maggie Smith, The Prime Of Miss Jean Brodie, and California Suite) living there with her protective daughter (Oscar nominee, Kirsten Scott Thomas, The English Patient).
