Friended to Death

The movie Friended to Death follows the comedic extremes to which Facebook junkie Michael Harris (Ryan Hansen) will go in his desperate attempt to figure out who his real friends are. After being scorned by his so-called BFF (Zach McGowan), Michael questions if anyone would care if he died, so he fakes his own death online to see who shows up at his funeral. In the end, Michael is forced to reconsider the true nature of friendship, in this tongue-in-cheek commentary on today’s hyper-connected world of social media.
