Salinger, from The Weinstein Co., is a documentary on formative personal and professional experiences in the life of writer J.D. Salinger, who is best known around America for his novel The Catcher In The Rye… which is required high school reading.
Allied Advertising, (now Allied Integrated Marketing), was once known exclusively for setting up movie screenings for every movie studio in Hollywood, nationwide, and creating local newspaper ads for all movies. They are now in the movie poster design business, with Salinger, which could possibly become the winner of Best Movie Poster of 2013. Simple. And self explanatory.
Salinger is also an early frontrunner for the Best Documentary Oscar in 2014.
