A new – Spanish – take on The Brothers Grimm fairy tale Snow White.
Once upon a time there was a little girl who had never known her mother. She learned the art of her father, a famous bullfighter, but was hated by her evil stepmother. One day she ran away with a troupe of dwarves, and became a legend.
President of the fairly new movie studio, Cohen Media Group, (specializing in the release of art house movies), is Daniel Battsek. At Miramax, Daniel Battsek was instrumental in acquiring, greenlighting or distributing such acclaimed and Oscar nominated and/or winning films The Diving Bell and the Butterfly, The Queen, No Country for Old Men and There Will Be Blood.
