"Disney/Pixar's UP 3D" - the first 3D movie from Disney/Pixar - popped into movie theaters this weekend. And during its first weekend in movie theaters grabbed $68 million.

If the film wasn't competing with last week's #1 movie, "Night At The Museum 2," its weekend movie box office take could have been an additional $30 million, or more.

"Night At The Museum 2," last week's #1 movie, secured $25.5 million over the weekend, giving it bragging rights to the #2 spot at the box office. And a ten day gross of $105 million.

The only new competition "Up 3D" had this weekend; Sam Raimi's "Drag Me To Hell."

Its first weekend in theaters "Drag Me To Hell" stole just under $17 million. About a third of what Wild About Movies had predicted the film would do its first weekend in theaters.

It's interesting to note that half of the movies in the Top 10 at the movie box office this weekend are sequels: "Night At The Museum 2;" "Terminator 4;" "Star Trek 11;" "Angels & Demons;" and "Wolverine."
