The family favorite movie - "Marley & Me" - continued its reign as movie box office champ this weekend, the first of 2009.

"Marley & Me," less than two weeks in movie theaters, has taken in over $106 million.

Adam Sandler's "Bedtime Stories," grabbed the #2 spot this weekend, with a two weekend gross of $85 million.

Brad Pitt's "Benjamin Button" scored #3, with a two week gross of nearly $80 million. (And the movie is 3 hours long).

Rounding out the Top 5 at the movie box office this weekend, Tom Cruise in "Valkyrie," which has amassed an very impressive $60 million in less than two weeks.

And Jim Carrey's "Yes Man," a minor movie box office disappointment, which, after three weekends in movie theaters has earned just under $80 million.
