"December 28-30, 2007 Movie Box Office"
"National Treasure 2" #1
at www.wildaboutmovies.com
Along with this past weekend's Top 25 movies at the box office, we bring you the Top 25 Movies of 2007 at the United States box office. No surprise, or is there, that this past weekend's #1 movie remained "National Treasure 2." Or that those singing and dancing chipmunks, with Alvin in the lead, took #2. No new release this past weekend could crack the Top 5. "AVP2" bombed, debuting at #6. As for 2007 at the movie box office, overall - "Spiderman 3" took the honor for #1. But more interestingly, four movies eclipsed the $300 mark. (However, really, that shouldn't come as a shock to anyone, as movie ticket prices have been going up exponentially for the past twenty-five years). For a look at this past weekend's Top 25 movies at the box office and for a look at the 2007 Movie Box Office, broken down week by week, and a sneak peek at the Top 25 Movies of 2007... just point your eyes below!
Keep in mind, all movies listed with a (NEW), below, opened on Christmas Day or before Friday. Therefore, their box office totals also include money taken in before this past weeked.
