"2009 Movie Box Office"
January 2009-December 2009 Movie Box Office

at www.wildaboutmovies.com

2012The Kevin James flick "Mall Cop" - which takes place in New Jersey but was filmed in Boston - was the first movie release of 2009 to pass the $100 million mark. Time will tell which movie released in movie theaters during 2009 will become the champ. Currently, "Transformers 2" - with over $400 million - is in the lead.

Stay tuned every Sunday night - during 2009 - at www.wildaboutmovies.com for the complete weekly movie box office report.
