"November 7-9, 2008 Movie Box Office"
"Madagascar 2" #1
at www.wildaboutmovies.com

Madagascar 2 Poster

"Madagascar 2" collected over $63 million its first three days in movie theaters, while "Role Models," the raunchy R-rated comedy grabbed just under $20 million in the same time period; for the #1 and #2 spots at the weekend movie box office. The late Bernie Mac's last movie, "Soul Men," bombed, not surprisingly, since it was released by the incompetents at The Weinstein Co. and MGM. (The film was a joint production).
